Chris is a trial attorney with the Marinaro Law Firm. He has over 5 years of trial experience. Chris brings his diverse knowledge as a former Judicial Law Clerk, Assistant Public Defender, and Assistant District Attorney to his practice. Prior to joining the Marinaro Law Firm, Chris was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County. As an Assistant District Attorney, Chris focused on felony sex offenses, serious physical abuse of children, and child homicide cases. Working in the District Attorney’s Office gave Chris an insight into how to prepare cases for prosecution, and how to be successful in trial. 

Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, Chris was employed with the Lancaster County Public Defender’s Office. As an Assistant Public Defender, Chris defended clients in cases ranging from traffic citations to serious felonies cases such as: robbery, burglary, possession with intent to deliver, and aggravated assault cases.

Chris attended law school in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, Chris worked in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic where he represented clients in consumer debt cases, and helped several file for bankruptcy. After law school, Chris began a clerkship with the Honorable Joseph C. Madenspacher, President Judge.

Chris is originally from New Jersey, but he resides in Lancaster County with his wife. He enjoys baseball, football and basketball. He is an avid reader.
